We recently had an area Internet outage that was resolved fairly quickly, however my Internet did not return. I struggled throughout the day to resolve the issue on my own. After having to drive 40 miles to work the next day I decided to let the experts handle it. I must tell everyone, especially management, that I lucked out getting to speak with Ryno on the phone. Not only was he professional and understanding, he really listened to everything we were experiencing (and not experiencing) everything that I had already tried, and my expected outcome. He went through the basics, brainstormed, thought around the box, and came up with a temporary solution. I let him know I was interested in having somebody clean up all the wires and boxes in my closet and set us up with some new routers. We got lucky again, because Chris was just finishing up a job not far from us. He said he had time to come by and was happy to help. Chris arrived shortly after and he was simply delightful. Knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, and also very tuned in to what we needed to accomplish in our household. I let him go about his work and in no time all the electronic gadgets in the house were happily engaging with us again. I cannot stress enough the absolute commitment to their customers both of these gentlemen demonstrated. If all of Succeed's employees are this devoted, you should be quite successful indeed.

The technician improved our internet signal by raising the dish, aiming it to another tower, and explaining what he did in clear language. Great service from Succeednet in The Foothills too!

We are new to Succeed but the installation experience and set up was perfect. Timely, quick, simple. Everything worked the first time. Sterlie cleaned up all the old equipment, made everything work, and even made sure our bluetooth pool stuff was all functioning. Great job!

Chris was awesome for once I had somebody succeed on at the new what he's doing. He was attentive and listened to my problem and fix the issue. You really don't want to know what I have problems with with succeed.net until Chris fix it. I don't want to talk about what I thought of sexy.net before Chris fixed the problem. The rating would be a lot lower.

Wow, has this company gone DOWN HILL.

With no notice they raised my bill.

I tried calling them to downgrade (I don't stream movies much at all) and sat on hold forever. Then I took advantage of their recorded voice offer to call me back. They never did. That means that I was sitting on hold that entire time FOR NOTHING.

Same thing happened this morning when I tried to call them, still trying to reach them about the same thing, and no response, an no call back (again).

Then I look at their web site and they've got notices on there that they have office space and servers available to rent. I guess times are tough now. I can't imagine why with a service decline like this compared to the past.

This company used to be responsive and human and real and timely. Now you're on hold for no reason at all (they're never going to pick up) and forever, with raspy, terrible music that's like torture to have to listen to.

I'm going to have to find an alternative.

This company has LOST ITS WAY.

There is NO EXCUSE for leaving customers on hold forever knowing full well you are NEVER going to put a human on to take the call, and you are NEVER going to return the call after offering to.

No one needs yet another business run like this, and I'm not rewarding it with my money after putting me through this and wasting my time like this over multiple days.

Chris just completed our new internet installation. It included climbing our antenna tower and crawling under the house to route the cable. He was friendly, yet professional, and took time to explain the process and answer questions. Very efficient and good attention to detail. It was a genuine pleasure having him do the work.

Will got here 15 minutes early which suits me fine and got right to work assessing the installation needs. He was very personable and professional. He took his time to do the job well and clean without wasting any time. Will adjusted to changes in the install easily and without hesitation and answered any questions I had. Just in time for New Year’s Eve countdown, Will pulled up, earlier then the time frame I was given, and we were so excited because we’ve recently just moved here and we’ve been without it for a while, So Thank you Will blessings to you and yours. . .
Will has a lot of experience, so he walked me through the house letting me know how it would look best for the cables not to show and I thought that was very considerate of him. . Nowadays, people just wanna charge you an arm and a leg and do a crappy job. So I was truly happy To go with succeeded.net. They take their time and make sure you’re happy with their job and they won’t leave until they know it works even the secretary that set up the appointment, Kate, she was on point. Always answering my text messages, and if you call, they DO answer, or you leave your callback number and they WILL get back to you for sure! Very Happy & satisfied, Thanks again Will, you’re a pro!

Great experience with Chris as my installer. Figured out a way to put the dish in a more direct path and it was a win-win. Tested every room for signal strength. Offered options for the future if needed and was an all around great guy. Took the time needed and got it done right.

So far so good. Just got it installed. The installation guy, Will, was very professional and very helpful. So far the customer service all around has been great. They were very prompt at getting the install done today after just ordering yesterday. Quick and easy. UPDATE: 3 months in and my service is trash. I get zero signal in certain parts of my how. Don't bother calling customer service because the lady who answers the phone is so rude and unprofessional I'd switch providers just over her bad attitude. Sadly I can't though because the providers are very limited in my area. Sadly, I'd rather just go back to Comcast.
