In these two account management portals you can do things like: Pay your bill, Change contact info, Download invoices, Check your usage, Manage your services, Cancel services, Create a support ticket, etc.
Note: It is possible to have active accounts on both management web portals depending on your services type. It is also a common arrangement to have Wireless service moved to the new portal, but to have access to free email accounts on the legacy portal.
Tip: If you don’t remember your password, use the password recovery feature.
Tip: If you had an account on the legacy portal, your new portal will be using the same email.
