CHOOSE YOUR ACCOUNT PORTAL BY SERVICE TYPE
On these portals you can do things like Pay your bill, Change contact info, Download invoices, Check your usage, Manage your services, Cancel services, Create a support ticket, etc.
Note: It is possible to have active accounts on both portals depending on your services type. It is also a common arrangement to have Wireless service moved to the new portal, but to have access to free email accounts on the legacy portal.
Tip: If you don’t remember your password, use the password recovery feature.
Tip: If you had an account on the legacy portal, your new portal will be using the same email.
Tip: If you don’t remember your contact email (which can be provided by a third party such as gmail) then please give our support staff a call.
