Of late we have been investing in the health and technology of our network installing Gigabit wireless backhauls and routers into core parts of our network. We hope you have noticed some of the upgrades with improved and more consistent speeds, lower latencies for better things such as Voice over internet, Remote control, screen sharing and gaming.
We are now adding bursting to most of our Wireless customers for FREE. For the first part of each download or streaming your speeds will be DOUBLE the speed of the plan you are on. Since most every request you make of the Internet completes within a few seconds, this effectively doubles your speed for most things people do on the internet (email, browse, etc).
Yes, we can now link offices using lasers! We have just connected the building adjacent to our office with Gigabit Laser Fiber. Hundreds of Megabits can fly between buildings in Metropolitan areas and we are pioneering that technology. Many offices that need to be interconnected are simply just across the street. The cost of tearing up a parking lot or the permits to trench under a road can be astronomical. With this technology you only need to connect one office to the Internet and both (or more) buildings can share the same private network and internet gateway as if they were in the next cubicle.
VOIP DIGITAL PHONE SERVICE
Speaking of technology, we have just started offering Voice over IP phone service. We have been using the service with our internal staff and tenants in the Succeed Professional Suites for months now. Everybody raves about the quality. Such high quality connections you can run even run fax machines on our VOIP!
Service was absolutely amazing- even when I was calling from the UK – thanks Chris and Tim! Succeed was really quick and installed the point within 2 days. I have been with Succeed before it was Succeed, many years now, and I have always had polite and intelligent technicians help me with anything and everything I needed. This is the reason why I argue with my husband that we are NEVER going to change providers no matter what!!
I have been a succeed customer for 3 years now and have always had technical help that resolved my problems the same day . I have owned a windows Pc and now have a Mac Pro and there has always been excellent support very knowledgeable people to assist me with any problems and concerns.
2 days in a row Sammy very patiently helped me with spam problems I was having on email. I am a senior citizen with limited tech knowledge and he was wonderful with his patient explanations. I just recently referred a friend to Succeed because of the wonderful tech support and service I have received. Been with them for years and wouldn’t trade.

I haven’t had to need your tech support in a very long time but as always your tech, sorry I don’t remember his name, was excellent. Immediately figured out my problem, walked me through reconfiguring my settings without making me feel clueless (which I was) and banished all the frustrations I had over the last 48 hours in setting up my new Mac. A far better experience than I had with Apple tech support – online and at the store!
