Starting May 12, 2021, Succeed.net will offer eligible families a monthly service discount of up to $50 per month off their Succeed.net internet service thanks to the Federal Communications Commission’s Emergency Broadband Benefit program. The amount of the discount can not make the service result in a credit but can make the Internet service free or highly discounted. The FCC will compensate us separately for qualified households for the credit
For example your internet service is $59.99 – $50 EBB credit will result in a $9.99 per month Internet service cost plus any applicable taxes or fees you already see on your bill.
The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the need for reliable internet service, but the price can big factor for some families. Because of this, the FCC created Emergency Broadband Benefits to help qualifying households afford their internet. Eligible households can apply for $50 per month towards broadband service or up to $75 per month for households on qualifying Tribal lands.
In order to qualify for Emergency Broadband Benefits families must meet one of the following:
The Emergency Broadband Benefit is limited to one monthly Internet service account discount and one device discount per household.
If you believe you qualify for benefits, you can enroll in monthly discounts starting May 12, 2021. To apply, go to GetEmergencyBroadband.org. As an existing Succeed.net customer, you’ll select “Succeed.net” under the ‘Companies Near Me’ tab. If you qualify, please email billing@succeed.net to make sure you are setup to receive your credit.
Note: This page will be updated as we get new information. We are aware we are not listed on the “near” or “Participating ISP” list but are working on getting FCC to fix this. We did receive a letter from FCC on April 8th, 2021 confirming we were accepted for the program.
