I am surprised at how personal the service is. An actual person responded to my e-mail and let me know what the problem was and when it would be fixed.  The problem was fixed by the time they said it would be and the follow up e-mails were polite.  It is nice to use a service and not feel like you are the one being used.  Thank you. – Matt W.
