I called yesterday because we were getting ’page cannot be displayed’ when trying to bring up our web site on internal PCs. On the first call, the rep was able to access the site so I tried it on my iPad and it worked. That call ended there.
I ended up calling back for additional help and spoke with someone who was more helpful. They brought Mason on the call too. Mason was great and we quickly realized the problem was on our end but he stayed on the line to help me troubleshoot the issue.
