I called first just after closing time, leaving a request for a call back….which I received in about an hour. After explaining my problem, the person said he would talk with a technician and get back to me. During the evening, my phone was busy receiving calls….I doubt if he was able to get through. Today, just after lunch, I received a call from Sam….who very patiently listened to this inept, computer-challenged person trying to work out a failing modem-router-computer connection. He adapted to my ’kindergarten’ vocabulary, allowing for several repetitions, to be sure that I understand what I needed to do. I’m happy to report that my problem has been solved….everything is working and all the right lights are shining bright green! Thank you, Sam!!!
I am a new customer to Succeed.net and couldn’t be happier with the service I have received so far. We were previously customers of Hughes Net and have never in my life had a more terrible experience from the lack of customer service to the horrible product the offer. They lock you into obscene contracts and only try to up sell you to solve your problem. I called and talked to Jennifer in sales and she was so great. She explained everything and answered all my questions without trying to sell you something to pad her paycheck. They set me up for installation with in the same week and sent Todd to do the install. Todd was a pro and completed the install in less time then expected and very helpful. Overall a great experience! -Danny H.

I had to call windstream after I talked to your representive (who helped me ) and told me it was on windstreams end.Windstream tried to fix the problem but could notfix it and told me it would cost me 12.95 to fix the problem.They would have to send somebody out to my house to fix it.Well guess what I fixed it and saved myself 12.95.If I ever need help again I will call you people all the time.Thank You for all the help.

I called yesterday because we were getting ’page cannot be displayed’ when trying to bring up our web site on internal PCs. On the first call, the rep was able to access the site so I tried it on my iPad and it worked. That call ended there.
I ended up calling back for additional help and spoke with someone who was more helpful. They brought Mason on the call too. Mason was great and we quickly realized the problem was on our end but he stayed on the line to help me troubleshoot the issue.

You couldn’t help me with my email problem this time, but that was understandable since you can’t be expected to know all email programs. When you can’t help me directly, you usually give me guidance on how to go back and try several approaches to figure out a solution. Your service dept has always a big help for me. That is the primary reason I have continued for many years to have your company for my server.
