I am a new customer to Succeed.net and couldn’t be happier with the service I have received so far. We were previously customers of Hughes Net and have never in my life had a more terrible experience from the lack of customer service to the horrible product the offer. They lock you into obscene contracts and only try to up sell you to solve your problem. I called and talked to Jennifer in sales and she was so great. She explained everything and answered all my questions without trying to sell you something to pad her paycheck. They set me up for installation with in the same week and sent Todd to do the install.
